[afnog] some users authentication failed on radius server

Hi,
>From the log it seems AuthType for this request is set to system.  The
user who _is_ getting authenticated probably exists in /etc/passwd (and
the one that fails doesn't).

Been a while since I did any radius, but if I remember correctly you'll
need to configure the AuthType correctly, and confgure mysql auth info;
you might have to confirm the configs for the actual tables that hold
usernames/passwords.
