[afnog] Exim MTA

Hi All,
        I have just installed exim 4.66+Spamassassin+ClamAV. It started running fine but when traffic increased on it it started refusing connections. Also I had some error on accessing clamav. A section of the logs is as follows

2007-06-06 15:20:43 Connection from [80.87.89.18] refused: too many connections
2007-06-06 15:20:43 Connection from [41.204.35.247] refused: too many connections
2007-06-06 15:20:46 Connection from [41.204.32.36] refused: too many connections
2007-06-06 15:20:47 Connection from [41.204.32.144] refused: too many connections
2007-06-06 15:20:47 Connection from [41.204.42.205] refused: too many connections
2007-06-06 15:20:47 1HvxHa-000ES8-6K malware acl condition: clamd: unable to read from socket (Operation timed out)
2007-06-06 15:20:47 1HvxHa-000ES8-6K H=dhcp46240.4u.com.gh (nrw1xdcuprqgae) [41.204.46.240] F=<smensah at mofep.gov.gh> temporarily rejected after DATA

Can anybody help sort this out? What parameters do i need to check? Thanks
