could you please remove the trailing comma (,) after the localhost?
on the line of 'mydestination'

can you also add your network address in the file,
something like,
mynetworks = (specify your network) in main.cf, and you should also add 
the loopback here, ie 127.0.0.1

reload postfix and try again.
