there has been a working something-that-would-qualify-as-ixp since June
26, 2006 .
Now we launched something, more advanced, more equipped, more matured,
still qualifying as IXP, likely pushing the same bits&bytes, _maybe_ a
few nanoseconds faster...
I gave Bill the date in Abuja. the first version was working then.

Ismail can choose what date he wants in the end.
He'll just state it on AIXP website ;-)
