[afnog] Problem with mastershaper

Afnog
I have a problem with Mastershaper. I have installed it properly and 
followed the steps to configure it. But when I want to begin monitoring 
the traffic, I get an error "tc_collector.pl inactive" when I run 
"./tc_collector.pl -v3" I get the following

Fri Jan 12 13:39:30 2007: Storing tc statistic now.
Fri Jan 12 13:39:30 2007: No data available for statistics. tc rules loaded?
Fri Jan 12 13:39:41 2007: Storing tc statistic now.
Fri Jan 12 13:39:41 2007: No data available for statistics. tc rules loaded?

Is there anybody using this tool and can point me where I get it wrong? 
Do I have  to run tc separately? how?
