[afnog] NSS8 satellite demise

With Initiatives like EASSY failing to take off we going to have to get 
very creative in how we use the scarce availability of space segment.  
Suddenly companies like multichoice dstv who have huge leases of space 
segment will become key in the delivery of Internet to the continent.
