Congratulations.  Dr. Nii. Narku Quaynor. You deserve the award and all of us at the Department of Computer Science & IT , University of Cape Coast, are happy and proud of your recognition. 
  We appreciate your effort to help Africa to be visible on the Internet. The challenges are many and the journey is long because there are still more to do but we are also sure that with people like you and many other we don't know yet, we will definitely make it one day.
  We only wish that all other people like you out there in places like Europe, US, etc will emulate your example and come back home and work selflessly to move Africa forward. I am sure Africa will be the greatest continent one day.
