[afnog] Squid error "connect: (61) Connection refused "

Hello all,

I have been successful installing FreeBSD 6.2 and Squid Web cache software.
Further installing the cache manager, I am facing an issue when trying to
install Cache manager.
The cachemgr.cgi and cachemgr.conf were configured correctly (according to
me...).
But unfortunately, when trying to access the cache manager web page; i got
"connect: (61) Connection refused"

Did anyone faced the same issue? How was it solved.
