also, in .Ke last week, Gillat shutdown their VSAT Internet
connection to the Government owned Postal Corporation of
Kenya (PCK)network.  PCK has over 400 post-offices
providing internet access to rural Kenya.

Apparently a dispute b/w the Govt and Gillat about payments
had ensued.  Luckily PCK has options following the recently
liberalised Internet Gateway sector...
