In addition to testing, I would make a outgoing mail server on a different
network non 25 port and to cut down on spam possibly have tucows
emaildefense to cut down in incoming spam etc.
Note - not advertising tucows but emaildefense is working well for quite a
few domains and cuts down on sysadmin headache of large mailboxs :)
