Yes this is borked; and yes this is setting a poor example to the community,
and will result in long delays resolving afrinic.net domains. All of
ns[1-4].technologia.net are lame for afrinic.net

Furthermore, the set of NS records from the two working nameservers doesn't
match the delegation:

(That is, the delegation also includes ns4.technologia.net, but the set of
NS records within the zone doesn't)
