A traceroute to 41.220.0.1 shows that it is another interface on
217.212.242.2, so that's the LAN edge router.

I can traceroute to 41.220.0.2 and .3, and send 1500-byte pings. From here
.4 seems to be dead though (tried ping and tcp to various ports). If it's
not turned off, then I suspect it's filtered to death.
