[afnog] DNS reach ability

hi, i have a favour to ask,

one of my name servers does secondary for .UG and i have been trying to get
my address changed at the root servers since we migrated to a new network
block with no avail.

IANA tell me that my name server is unreachable and this change cannot take
place until that is rectified.

can you please check for me if you can access it from out there, if it
answers authoritatively for .UG..... all tests i have done using DNS tools
on the net respond with positive results.
