[afnog] Server reporting wrong partition size

I rebooted and now seems fine. Din't have the opportunity to check it
out with fuser or lsof. The other thing that i noticed is that the %used
had been progressively growing for over a month - hadn't looked at the
servers disk space utilization graph for some time :(
