The comand  *ox2142  *instructs the router to bypass the startup file 
when booting, to allow you to do your password recovery. Now that your 
password is recovered, you need to instruct the router to start booting 
normally again, using the start up file.

so you need to :

router# *config t
*router(config)# *config-register 0x2102
*router(config)#* exit*
router# *wr
