[afnog] VNC Problem

This is difficult to diagnose offhand, but one area of concern is dropped
packets that would cause TCP backoff leading to the "frozen" behaviour you
mention.  My $0.02 would say try taking a look at the frame error rate and
your tcp statistics to see whether packets are being dropped.
