[afnog] .uk cvsup mirror

Hello.

Don't know if it's just me, but I've been having 
intermitent problems connecting to 'cvsup.uk.freebsd.org' 
for the last couple of days - my transit access is closer 
to Europe so I prefer FreeBSD CVS mirror sites within the 
region. Anyone else seeing the same?

In most instances, 'cvsup.de.freebsd.org' has worked fine.
