[afnog] Cisco 3600 series boot error: System received a Bus Error exception

I am having a problem with Cisco 3600 which is failing to finish boot sequence. The booting sequence ends with the message:

No fault history 0xFFFFFFFF. Need 11.1 (2) or higher ROM
*** System received a Bus Error exception ***
signal= 0xa, code= 0xc, context= 0x61894d60 
PC = 0x6037dc5c, Cause = 0x420, Status Reg = 0x34018002

and then it reloads.

The full repeated loop is as follows:
