it has all the features you are talking about and is much like
Plesk/Cpanel

ii) WebCP
(http://www.web-cp.net/) PHP-based administration tool

iii) FlexCP
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/flexcp/) Webhosting control panel

iv) Webmin + VirtualAdmin
