I am looking for a recommendation for a small (e.g. 16-24 port) managed switch, which: (a) can handle VLANs and 802.1q tagging, and (b) does not have a fan. This is for sitting on the middle of my desk at work to replace a mass of little hubs and various uplinks into different holes in the wall :-) Thanks, Brian.
