Try mailscanner and its frontend mailwatch--it is fantastic.
Mailscanner works with sendmail+spamassassin.

Folks, any other open anti-spam solution outside there? I use
SpamAssassin but the problem is it suspects "legitimate" mails. I run
Sendmail on Linux 9.0.
