Yep Dorcas;
 
I'm connecting to my server by #telnet 127.0.0.1  25    as smtp  but not on 110;  
 
>From my outlook express inside my network ( 192.168.9.0/24)  I'm able to send messages but can't receive; I gotta messages of popper error.
 
 
My domain is       telenet.jobantech.cd as my hostname is     mail.telenet.jobantech.cd;

Also, confirm that the MX record for your domain is set as required.
