We've had an informal feature request out for a command 'no ip bullsh*t'
for a number of years now, but it hasn't happened.

While set of commands the above should trigger has varied over the years,
it's at least the above, plus
 ip classless
 ip subnet-zero
 no ip proxy-arp
 (setting a non-zero default for OSPF speakers)
... the list isn't complete

Perhaps a list of desired settings is a useful thing to have;
I know it will be a living document but it's a start.
