[afnog] Private VOIP solution

Hi All,

I need a VOIP Solution.
My Client has a VSAT link with a 32/64Kbps (UP/DOWN) at 3 sites and would
like to have a private VOIP solution on the link so that they can call each
other.
Due to the bandwidth I have decided to offer them a solution using G.729a or
ACELP. I need a complete solution guide since it would be a private VOIP
solution.
