what operating system are you trying this with? How did you install postfix
the first time?

on Linux you can:
	1. chose the postfix-mysql rpm (if available for your distro)
	2. download the .tar.gz and follow the instructions on how to compile
	    mysql support
on FreeBSD
 	Shortest path is to cd /usr/ports/mail/postfix && make all install clean
AFAIR that will build mysql support as well - at least it did the last time I
used it.
