[afnog] Postfix with mysql support

Hello afnog
I have a mysql database where I want to keep my users. I don't want system users with a 
shell account. I want postfix to be able to deliver local mail to users who are on my 
mysql database. I also want courier-imap to be used for local delivery with maildir in 
place. I tried to install postfix, But I am told the postfix has no mysql support.

How can I install postfix with mysql support?

Please help.
