[afnog] Spamassassin help

Hello
I have installed Fedora Core 2 on my machine
[Installed everything]. I checked /etc/mail and I see
spamassassin directory there. I also see .spamassassin
in my home directory already there.

I want to know how do I activate spamassassin to work
with sendmail. I have read manuals on
http://spamassassin.apache.org but it seems I need
someone to show me where to begin since my
installation has spamassassin already.
