[afnog] Clamav-Milter and Exim configuration

Hi,

I have an MX box (exim 4) that I would like to be scanning incoming mail
messages to my domain.  I have configured clamav on the same box as well
as clamav-milter, my only problem is how to configure exim to talk to
the milter (google gives me syntax for sendmail and the milter) where
exactly do I have this milter business set in my exim/configure file?
