Howdy, Godinho.

Have you tried logging in as a non-root user other than "nobody" and
just doing a "mv" or "rm"?  Nobody other than "nobody" and root should be 
able to alter the first of those two files, so if it works, it would just 
move the second one.

Alternatively, if the system this is on has any kind of windowing system, 
you could fire it up and do it through the GUI rather than the CLI.
