[afnog] How to Fetchmail.

Hi guys!
Am kind of new with freebsd and unix generally. Would
love to learn how to setup fetchmail to pop mails from
a remote mail server to a local freebsd box.
And was wondering what other packages I need for this
to work apart from Exim-mysql and fetchmail.
