[afnog] vacation auto reply help please!!

Hello 

I need help, anyone there to help me... I have
installed the vacation software and have gone through
all configurations but am getting the following error:

<hmchiti at sdv.com.zm>: command died with status 1:
"usr/bin/vacation hmchiti" 

my .forward file contains the following:

\hmchiti, "/usr/bin/vacation hmchiti"

I have created the .vacation.msg and the .forward file
in the home folder of the hmchiti and the bounced
message is coming that not all recepients got the
message and towards the end of the bounced message is
the above error message.

any help there?
