[afnog] Dovecot problem

Hello Afnog, 
I have a problem with our pop3 server. The server is running Fedora C2.
I have the folowing errors in my maillog

Error 1
Error indexing mbox file /var/spool/mail/username: LF not found where expected

Error 2
Jun 20 13:09:23 team1 pop3: I/O leak: 0x8050c00 (0)
Jun 20 13:09:23 team1 pop3: I/O leak: 0x80848e0 (1)
Jun 20 13:09:23 team1 pop3: Timeout leak: 0x8065a60

Through google I have learnt that error 1 is caused when an mbox file has two consecutive 
'From' delimiters.

I am not sure about the second one.

I would also like to know how I can increase logging for dovecot so that I should be able 
to see the number of messages collected by my pop3 user.
