Definitely run the test again once you get all this 
downloaded...

rpm only tests for one level of dependency. That is, for 
example:

"valgrind >= 1.9.6 is needed by kdesdk3-profile-3.4.1-3"

then, possibly, valgrind will require some package you do 
not have - etc...
