Yes, I agree that would be a far more efficient solution, and would give 
better services and reliability for less money.  I assume, however, that 
he's already got the Cisco gear, and probably someone telling him to use 
it rather than junk it, at least in the near term.  But yes, you're 
absolutely right, and that's what I would do if it were my money at stake.
