Your card supports 802.11a/b only. So it definitely won't work on that
band. 
Try the following: (change the antenna to A from B like its been
suggested)

/interface wireless set wlan2 ssid="hotspot" frequency=2442
band=2.4ghz-b \
   antenna-mode=ant-a mode=ap-bridge disabled=no

If tha doesn't work, try shutting down wlan2, use the config above on
wlan1 and see if it transmits anything. If nothing gives, please test
with another client:-) or configure the two wireless cards on your
mikrotik to connect to each other just to confirm they can actually run.
