Maybe the band. I suggest you use both 2.4ghz-g and 2.4ghz-b if you're
unsure what your client cards support.

2.4GHz-B - IEEE 802.11b
2.4GHz-G - IEEE 802.11g

Paste the following on your CLI if you need to change the band and don't
know how: 

/interface wireless set wlan2 ssid="hotspot" frequency=2442
band=2.4ghz-b/g \
    mode=ap-bridge disabled=no

Then monitor the interface:

/interface wireless print
/interface wireless monitor 1

With the config above your router is ready to accept wireless clients on
both 802.11-b and 802.11-g. If it doesn't still show, please let us know
the make/model etc of the wireless clients you're using.
