[afnog] MikroTik Router Wireless

I am using a Mikrotik router with a RouterOS version 2.9beta19 on it.

My network diagram is as follows:

  ISP Router (Internet)

_________________________10.1.254.0/24_______

10.1.254.27(ether 1)

   DHCP(ether 2)      10.1.1.1/24(ether3)

I am able to get to the internet from any pc behind ethernet 3.
The problem is that I can't get any of the wireless network connections to 
work. My PC simply doesn't see any wireless connection. 

Could someone please help me? Thank you
