hello,
you've all probably heard about the hijack of the panix.com
domain over the weekend. am curious to know if there is some 
form of official cooperation on the continent that deals 
directly with situations such as these whereby domains are transferred
without authorisation, and can act as intermediary.appears verisign
was willing to help much.
what is the level of cooperation between the registrars,resellers and
registrants? are there any conditions that resellers have to meet 
before they can be authorised to handle the process of registering
domains on the registrar's behalf?
