The howto at http://tty1.net/exim_en.html has the database layout recomended 
by Courier - and Vpopmail seems to be able to use the same layout so with a 
bit of work you may be able to make it work.

Alternatively, I think there are scripts at the end of that page which will do 
more or less what Vpopmail does, but I am not sure.
