[afnog] Network monitoring tool

Hi David,

In track E1 at the last AfNOG, I configured nagios to monitor the services
being setup on the students machines. I put up the config files used on the
workshop site. You can find them at
http://www.ws.afnog.org/afnog2005/e1/monitor/index.html
