Have you tried abuse at is.co.za, and noc at is.co.za?  Failing those, you could
try using the information from their web site:
http://www.is.co.za/datafile/list_contactus.asp

In the unlikely event that those measures don't produce any results,
you might ask again, and someone will undoubtedly give you Andre or Jaco
or Nishal's direct contact info.  Or, heck, you could even use Google.
