Many sites already refuse to let you connect if you don't have any reverse
DNS.

Surely your upstream can put in the necessary PTR records for you? Even if
it's just

     addr-192-0-2-1.upstream.com.
     addr-192-0-2-2.upstream.com.
     ... etc
