it will show the process id
kill -9 <pid>

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to kill a hanging connection on FreeBSD? 
Sometimes an outlook client is connected to the mail server through 
POP3 and the client crashes leaving the mailbox open and locked. Any 
way of killing that connection?
